Our
Process...
-
Your images are printed
onto carrier paper using format printers and sublimation dyes.
-
Our specialty tiles are
positioned on top of these printouts, and placed in a specialized heat press.
-
The heat press applies
high pressure at 400 degrees F.
-
When the tile cools, the dyes return
to their solid state and are permanently impregnated into the tile.

Cooled tiles
are inserted
into selected tile products
and glued using a special
tile adhesive.
Products are quality
inspected and are than
packed for shipping. |
|
|
|
If tile wall hangings and individual tiles are
not being mounted, tiles are labeled and are accompanied by
a tile grid for ease of installation.
If mural is to be mounted and/or
framed, tiles are glued to an appropriate size backing,
framed and fastened with mounting tabs and a hanging bracket.
Tile wall hangings are quality inspected and than packed for shipping. |
